Order Process

To place an order, simply check securely through our website. For your convenience and peace of mind, we accept all major credit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from the moment it was placed. Please email us at info@lushenticbags.is to request an order cancellation.

For your convenience, we also accept payments via bank transfers, Wise and Remitly.

Yes. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Within 3 business days you will receive a pre-shipment video of your actual product, followed by another email with the tracking number for the shipment. Subject to your contact preferences, we would also like to contact you to obtain your feedback once you have received your package. You are more than welcome to contact us as many times as you wish throughout and after the order process.

Our prices are inclusive of sales tax. Please note that Customs may charge an import tax on your item(s) although this is rare. An exception applies for packages sent to European countries where a tax fee is typically applied, usually in the range of $5 to $30.

Yes, we have a SSL123 bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your online purchase. 

No. We are tracking your visits to our website through a cookie and not via the IP address and it will not affect your data at all.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders through courier services directly to your door. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment, and we will also contact you once your package has arrived at your address.

After we receive the order, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to process and ship your order. Most countries receive packages within 7 to 10 days after they have been sent, but please note that it can sometimes take longer. This is as we use secured shipping methods to ensure that you receive your order. We will keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

The shipping companies we use are FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS and Aramex.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email or WhatsApp subject to your preferences.

You can change your delivery address up to 24 hours from the moment the order was placed. Please email us at info@lushenticbags.is to request a change in your delivery address.

We guarantee the arrival of your orders and will be constantly monitoring the progress of your shipment and notify you in the unlikely event of any issues, however please note that for items that have not arrived due to being lost in transit, we will resend you the same item free of charge once it has been officially declared as lost by the courier company as we guarantee the arrival of your order. This is highly unlikely, and we have only had a handful of occurrences with thousands of orders shipped to 30 different countries.

Returns and Refunds

Yes. We offer a full money back guarantee on purchased items returned within 100 days of receipt, no questions asked. Please note that the item needs to be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear, and include the original package you received.

It means that we don’t have any conditions around our full money back guarantee. We do however encourage you to please share your feedback with us so we can use this to continue improving.

Product Quality and Range

We are a specialist of high-quality leather goods. We offer high-end designer handbags manufactured with luxurious real leather that is crafted with expertise and experience. Our aim is providing you with a wide selection of luxury products at reasonable prices.

Yes. We add new products weekly and have products that are not listed. Feel free to contact our European Customer Service Team about a particular product.

All our items are nearly identical to the authentic ones. Please note that items marketed as AAA, A+++ and even AAAAA are not of the same high quality as the 1:1 replicas we sell. 

Yes. All our items are guaranteed to be 100% made of real high-quality leather, which is imported to match that of the original brand. 

All our items are made with several of the same materials as the authentic ones when it comes to the leather, hardware and other materials.

While we import some materials from France and Italy, all the manufacturing takes place in China. Even the global luxury brands manufacture their products in China nowadays. 

We only offer top quality 1:1 replica grade as your satisfaction is our priority.

Packaging

Our bags and wallets come with a dust bag and authentication card. If you wish we can include the original box but unfortunately we will need to charge separately for this due to the increase in shipping costs, which are complimentary with your order.

Pricing and Discounts

They are not, if you compare the quality. If you go to a street vendor, from Canal Street in New York to a market in Bangkok you can get a branded bag for as little as $10, but the quality will reflect the price you pay. You simply cannot purchase a high-quality replica handbag for $200 as the major costs come from the quality of the real leather, metal accessories and the level of craftsmanship. Any bags below $200 are mass produced with imitation leather, and labeled as triple AAA grade or similar, in other words nothing close to the originals nor a high-quality replica in any sense.

As a result, we typically don’t offer discounts on first purchases unless we are running a temporary discount campaign. Be aware of any seller offering large discounts across all purchases as this reflects either high margins or a lack of sales from the seller.

We believe that you get what you pay for, and that it’s better to be safe than sorry. Why would anyone offer a large discount instead of adjusting their prices in the first instance? Our perspective is that they understand large discounts create a sense of urgency to purchase, but this is fictitious value and often means the seller is struggling to sell their items at full price or has high margins as a starting point.

By becoming a repeat customer, you can join our Loyalty Program and enjoy discounts from your second purchase onwards, subject to having kept your first purchased item. Once you have received your first order, we will be contacting you with the details to join our Loyalty Program.

All our items come with a 12-Month Quality Guarantee Unlike most websites, we will gladly replace your item due to any issues deemed to be quality or from production. Please contact our European Customer Service Team and we will gladly assist you immediately.

You are most probably not receiving our responses because you need to check your spam folder and place us on your whitelist. We receive hundreds of emails daily and respond to 98% within the hour during opening times, but please allow up to 8 hours to receive a response due to a potential difference in time zones.
