PACKAGING
All of our bags come with the full original branded packaging. This includes the brand box, dust bag, protective covers and materials, and then depending on the brand: authenticity cards and/or booklets, ribbons, and rain cover. The brand shopping bag can also be included, upon request.
- We offer full refunds if there is any quality issue, all we ask is that you return your item with care
- Full refunds are issued within 3 days of receipt of your returned item/s
- We will typically offer either a refund or exchange, or in some cases ship a new bag entirely free of charge
- Instructions for making a return for either a refund or exchange will be provided at the time
- Returned items are required to be in their original and unworn condition
- If you wish for an exchange, the new item will be sent out within 1 business day of receipt of the returned item
- Please note that all of the above conditions must be met for you to be eligible for a full refund
